After you have redeemed the code you have to "purchase" the movie. If the code was entered correctly it will show a credit for the purchase price and your total will be $0. I only ordered the standard blu-ray edition but the code that they gave me purchased the UHD version which then transferred over to VUDU immediately

Perfect thank you! It doesn't say that anywhere let alone you must check out for the 4k version...I tried it with the HD first |

They've done it on several titles dating back to last year including Sing, Passengers, Jason Bourne, and The Secret Life of Pets. It seems mostly geared around Universal titles, but I don't mind that at all since their digital copies can be streamed on VUDU with Dolby Vision and FandangoNow with HDR.

I usually order from Amazon, but Best Buy has been pretty good at getting me my titles by release day and sometimes early which never happens with Amazon. |

Yes, mine redeemed enough credits for UHD the first day it was available. Although, I did have connect FandangoNow cs after it reported that movie was uv enabled, since it wasnt at first. Did you preorder the regular or 4k combo?

I redeemed mine on Friday night and it showed up saying I own the UHD on Vudu (of course I have a Samsung TV so it means nothing for me, but I at least own it)
