Happy holiday season to everyone.

Lets be thankful for all the good things in life, which there are many, if you really think about it.

Have a positive effect on the life of as many people as possible throughout the entire holiday season and beyond. As I have heard before, the most important thing we can do with our life is affect other people's lives in a positive way.

Even if it is just a caring smile.

This truly is the best time of year for me. It's cooler out (in Florida, we don't really see real winters), people have their decorations up, the lawn needs significantly less mowing, and things are usually less expensive (though the heating bills up north make up for it).

Thanks to all here who've helped me on my quest to improve my home theatre experience, and for the laughs we've shared this year.

Happy Holidays to all members here, and to your respective family (your pets too, of course) and friends.

Well said. I hope I don't sound like a downer after such an uplifting post, but man, this point has been made to me bigtime. Last week, a work associate of mine was killed by a drunk driver, just 2 days before Thanksgiving. I've been pretty depressed about it and read this and decided to repeat what you said. Seriously, we should all strive to have a positive influence on others, because you just never know when and if we'll get another chance....

I even hung our large 40" wreath outside the house last Sunday (but didn't light it yet)
