We've know that it was coming for a while now, and it was suppose to be out a month or two ago, but the date slipped. This is the first firm release date we've had in a while. Sadly, it's not the lost extended version, which is still MIA.

It's probably moved back into the public eye because of being featured in Electric Boogaloo:

Is it any good? (And by 'any good', do I mean entertaining - I have no issue with a movie being bad as long as I'm having a good time watching) I don't know, but I sure intend on finding out! And for the record, love for the Go-Go boys aside, this too looks right up my alley!

I doubt they'll do it but I hope they include the Preview Print which included scenes that were cut from the wide release version.

What? That's horrible! Do they know who did it? Didn't the run the Preview print at the Alamo back in the late 2000s? Do they know if it was taken then?

The extent of what I know - and we're playing Telephone here, so don't cite me - comes from Mr Lime some months ago, who said they were looking for the print, and then this from Marc Edward Heuck: "It's gone. And that's all I have to say about that."

So "they" might know who and what happened to it, but the details we know are scant. But the bottom line: no extended cut.

It's Scorpion, but via the KLSC line. KLSC have been providing subtitles on their new releases for awhile now.

Yes, KLSC has changed their policy about that, which is nice. I will keep an eye on it. Would've loved to have Scorpion's Saint Jack, but I guess I'll wait and see if overseas editions are any more hard-of-hearing friendly.
