Default Your top five Playstation VR moments so far (Spoiler alert)

Hi, as the title says, what are they?

Mine

1. The Batcave, seeing myself as Batman through the mirror for the first time.

2. PS VR Playroom (The Mario style platform game that sprawls out infront of me when I load up the game.)

3. Resident Evil, Walking around nervous outside the first door into the house. Amazing what immersion does to your senses.

4. Pinball FX, the sensation of having a real pinball table infront of me and the accurate noises and effects, not to mention the surrounding 3D characters.

5. Resident Evil, Jack walking through a wall to get to me.

Is the VR update for Japan still available for free?

My top 5 in no particular order:

1. Batman Arkham VR: when you calibrate your gadgets, suit up and then go down by elevator to the Batcave (I have to admit I spent a good 20 minutes looking around during the titlescreen alone first time I played it )

2. The London Heist (PlayStation VR Worlds): The Getaway mission.

3. Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood: the second mission, Nightmare Descent.

4. Star Wars Rogue One VR Mission: the first wave of Tie-Fighters attacking you and the moment the Star Destroyer flies by.

5. Resident Evil VII: when you unlock the steel cellar door and walk down the stairs, and any other moment you feel scared and helpless

Thanks, enjoying reading these.

Resident Evil is great. Looking forward to Farpoint next.

Sounds cool, thanks.

I see Farpoint will be the next big PSVR release on the way. I haven't seen much info about it yet.
Have you guys tried Motoracer 4 which is also VR compatible? Wondering how that game is.

I'm cheating a bit.

1 First time I tried the Kitchen RE7 demo and RE7 itself.
2 Launch tube in Eve Valkyrie and flying out into space
3 Batman - standing on the edge of a skyscraper and peering over the edge
4 Eve Valkyrie again - first time you blow up a ship that's shooting one of your team.
5 Star Wars Battlefront - turning around and seeing your droid.

No particular order and I'll add a sneaky sixth one being the first time you realise there's stuff going on behind you as well in lots of games but esp the Playroom.

I wish I could contribute more to this thread but unfortunately I haven't switched my VR on in almost 6 months as I had a bit of a funny turn playing it after a few sherberts lol. :/

I was only going to take a short break from it, but it's just sat there unloved even though I thought the experience was AMAZING!

I'm going to pluck up the courage and give it another go though as I really need to experience the X-Wing mission, and I want to see if the PS4Pro makes any difference.

Great, thanks. I see flight simulation is a favourite of yours.

It really is worth persevering though. My advice would be yo go in with a clear head and if you do feel like the 'sweats' are starting or you feel light headed take it off straight away. Then try again the next day and keep at it, hopefully in time it won't be a issue. Drink and VR are not a good mix as you now know!

The graphics don't bother me now as the trade off is well worth it for the immersion. Plus, if VR is even a moderate success we will have version 2 along with a better resolution and improved graphics.

Cockpit games, mate, that's my thing. I could have chosen way more than 5, I didn't even mention Dirt Rally which is my favourite time sink at the moment - I really do completely lose track of time. I also could have chosen all of Rez - total and utter escapism.

Yep, Rez is good but Thumper is more challenging. Very frustrating though.

Whenever I hop in a helicopter in GTAV, the camera starts wobbling back and forth and forget it, I start feeling motion sickness and have to stop playing, so I can imagine how you might have felt if you got sick.

If the game has a steady camera that doesn't wobble, I have no problem. Some games let you turn off the camera shake option.

Any game that doesn't require fast movements would be the one to try first.
