Rashomon - Digitally Restored to be released by Kadokawa Japan on February 6, 2009
Regular edition includes Rashomon only. Special Edition includes Rashomon, Madadayo, The Quiet Duel and Ran.
Japanese PCM mono for all. No mention of English Subs.

This is great news but I must assume that these will not be subbed in English. Let's see how they turn out.

Amazon.co.jp says there will be special packaging for the first edition run...I'm so tempted to get this, but I must know if there will be English subs or not.

Can someone who speaks Japanese please e-mail the company?
