The 40th Anniversary Edition will be released on July 9th in Japan. Most likely other territories will be announced soonafter.

This just seems to be a re-release of the 2013 edition, with a MovieNEX Digital Copy:

Hopefully there would be an option to watch it as the original individual featurettes In the 1977 version, Christopher Robin's voice is noticeably different, it sounds like the voice actor from Tigger Too trying to do an American accent
