Classic American TV Shows Converted to HD (1950 - 1990)

Is there a definitive list somewhere? My Google search hasn't found anything. These are the shows I'm aware of:

Well, there are a bunch that haven't appeared on disc anywhere.

For example, Universal made HD versions of Emergency for DVDs and streaming after the 2008 fire forced them to go back and make new masters.

Also, Sony has TJ Hooker and Fantasy Island in HD, going by their appearance on the Universal channel. The versions aired there, though, were cropped and zoomed.

Cheers got a very early HD conversion, with new masters created in 2001 for syndication.

And you missed a couple Uni shows already released on Blu by Mill Creek... Quantum Leap and Airwolf.

Here are some that are in HD but not on Blu ray yet

Odd Couple (its on Hulu in HD)
Cagney & Lacey was in Hulu in HD too for a while but no more
Laverne & SHirley (Hulu as well)
Danny Thomas Show (season 1 is available with Amazon prime in HD)

A lot of CBS shows have been transferred to HD, and those were what was used for DVD.

Perry Mason, what's been released of Gunsmoke, Happy Days, Beverly Hillbillies, and so on.

Charlie's Angels used to be on Universal HD channel. All episodes were in HD (cropped to fit in widescreen).

Murder She Wrote and a show called Emergency! used to be HD on Netflix too

Just saw a British show called Thunderbirds in HD on that Hulu list too. I know this thread is for American shows but classic TV fans may wanna check it out

BARBARY COAST has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD (In progress as of 9/18/13)

Barnaby Jones has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD (In progress as of 9/18/13)

Bonanza has been partially transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD (Seasons 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.. Season 2 not in HD at this time.)

Cheers has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network and Syndication 4x3 Anamorphic HD
16x9 Tilt &Scan HD exists for 87 episodes. 86 episodes (1-77, 80, 83, 84, 88, 90-94) have Network 16x9, but not Syndication. An additional episode #79 has a 16x9 Syndication version but not one for Network. The remaining episodes do not have 16x9 versions.

I Love Lucy has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD
We Love Lucy has not been edited into HD. The original 1-hour Lucy-Desi Comedy Hours have been transferred into Network 4x3 HD, but would still need editing to recreate the We Love Lucy 2-parters.

The Lucy Show This series has been partially transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD (Seasons 1 - 3, 5 & 6: episodes 1 – 86 and 113 - 160; 130 episodes total. Season 4 not currently in HD.)


THE FUGITIVE has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD

GOMER PYLE - USMC has been transferred into HD and has the following masters:
Network 4x3 HD

HAPPY DAYS has been partially transferred into HD beginning and has the following masters:

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979-1981) is in HD and available on Blu-Ray.

Battlestar Galactica (1978) and Galactica (1980) is available too.

I was mentioned above but I used a free 7 day trial of CBS All Access on Amazon Prime and Perry Mason was already in 1080p there in very good shape so in case anyone is into that show thats a way to see it

Chips is 1080p on amazon prime but the pilot is 1:78 to 1 so not OAR. Dukes of Hazzard also 1080p amd also 1:78 to 1 on amazon prime

The Waltons (which is not on blu ray) was just added to Amazon Prime video in 1080p. They wide screened it though sadly
