Sports Games Like "Hot Shots" Series? - Blu-ray Forum

What sports games are similar to the Hot Shots series?

I picked up a copy of Hot Shots Golf Fore! this weekend to see if my girlfriend would be interested in playing video games with me. She likes it and has been asking about other games we could play. The obvious next choice is Hot Shots Tennis and Hot Shots Golf 5, but are there any other sports games with a similar feel? That fun, cute, easy to play thing really makes it attractive to her. Thanks in advance.

I don't know of any other sports games for the PS2/PS3 but My wife really likes puzzle games. So I bought her Sudoku and GO! Puzzle, also she really likes SuperStarDust HD which I was surprised at. My wife also like tetris style games so when Super Puzzle fighter II Turbo HD Remix(Are you kidding me that title

) comes out we will be playing that together. If you have a Gamecube/Wii you can play Mario Tennis and Mario Strikers Charged Soccer.

Pretty much the entire Wii system hits this market.

Hot Shots is coming to PS3 very soon, on the PS2 I do not really know that is not the games I am looking at. I do love Hot Shots although. It is a surprisingly deep game.

I don't want to invest in a Wii just for a few games, especially when I'm still not sold on the idea as more than a fad. As for puzzles, any really good two player (either co-op or versus) out there?

I have Swizzle Blocks(part of the GO! Puzzle games) and it's co-op and versus(4 player even!). I think it's the only one of the 3 GO! Puzzle games to have that.

Other than that you will need to wait for Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo Remix.
