A warning for Sam Peckinpah fans.
I just got the japanese Blu-ray of "The Deadly Companions". It's a bad upscale with heavy DNR and bad compression artifacts.
Save your money.

Posting photos here, for reference purposes. I had a couple of things to order from Japan, so, being a Peckinpah completist, I threw this into the mix, despite the negative reviews. Pure collection filler, for me.

Despite the flaws, how does the Japanese Blu-ray look compared to the various DVD releases?
