Default Has anyone had experience with OneCall?

well, I'll be buying a new TV soon and I usually see OneCall as one of the lowest or the lowest priced companies. I was wondering if anyone's had experience with this company and possibly their return process, etc. Or would it just be worth the extra $60 to get it from Amazon?

I've bought several times over the years from One Call. Stuff like receivers, camera lenses, accessories..etc.
Very honest, no hassle to deal with.
However, better be sure you want it before you buy. All returns are charged 15% restock fee. You can return an defective item, but only for exchange. Not refund.
In fact, I ordered a LCD TV from them on Friday. Then I read the return policy. In short, NO RETURNS for TVs over 20". Even if defective. One Call says they are an authorized dealer, so if you have a problem contact the manufacturer. I cancelled my order, and bought locally.
Here's the return policy in full

Again, One Call is very honest, and they are very up front about their return policy. I didn't like it, so I went elsewhere.

I bought my receiver from them. The first one was defective so I sent it back. Received a new one very quickly. The price dropped 15 days later and got a refund for the difference. CSR's are very helpful and knowledgable.
