I'll give it a few years and wait for the price to drop way down. Was never the greatest fan of S2 anyway.

Just received my copy from Amazon.uk for the low price of 22.49 pounds. Wow, the video quality is incredible. Perhaps even better than Season 1. But, I had forgotten just how bad things got in Season 2. The acting, the sets, the monster-of-the-week, UGH...

Still, nice to have on BD though.

There are still more good than bad episodes although anyone going in expecting Year One type stories might be disappointed

The Bringers Of Wonder two-parter is classic! One eyed jelly monsters, ahoy, and Martin Landau in overdrive! What's not to love! Oh, and what the alien says at the very end harks back to the thought provoking finales of the first season.

I would have thought a season 1 release would have come first.
A good reason to go region free is Networks partial reissue of both seasons in a Complete series set for under £40 - all 48 episodes minus some of the bonus features.

Unlikely they've repressed Year One and that was released, possibly by mistake as region free

Though the Network website says both series have English subs but no subs on special features...
