Question for my fellow digital movie collectors.

I've seen a few Mill Creek codes for sale in the UV & DC (Non-Disney): BUY/SELL Thread thread and am curious who the underlying provider is and if the codes unlock streaming only or downloads + streaming?

Has ANYONE successfully redeemed a code on Watch Mill Creek?

Every time I need to redeem a code I have to contact customer care and have them manually add the code to my account.

They say it's a browser issue but I've tried Chrome, Firefox (different builds) & IE.

Also, I received a "Giving Thanks" code in my email from them redeemable for a special collection - naturally I have no idea what is in the collection since I can't redeem the code

Millcreeks streaming service had been down for 3 days too. Apparently just came back up a few hours back.

Keep an eye out in your email. I got a thanksgiving code from them for a free 6 hour pack that includes a bunch of old episodes for TV shows and TV movies like Three Stooges, Rescue from Gilligan's Island, etc.....

Chrome. Signed in before redeeming the code.

Yep. I also redeemed on Chrome. I didn't even realize they were having issues since I never use the website and just saw the email today with the code for the free stuff.

I redeemed the code for NotLD last month. Yesterday, I redeemed the code they emailed me for the Giving Thanks collection, and I bought the Mad Scientists pack for $0.99 (a Halloween promo that was still going on).

All of this shows up online on their website, but I can't get the app to work on my Fire Stick. Tried deleting and re-installing, but none of the stuff I have shows up, and it won't give me a code to re-pair the device.

There's other stuff I'd be willing to buy because it's so cheap, IFF the damn app worked better. What a shitty service.

I have a Mill Creek code that came with my copy of Benji, directing me to https://www.millcreekent.com/redeem which is no longer accessible. The code paper says 'Code may not be valid after 12/31/2018' but is there any way of redeeming it?

Long dead. They stopped allowing digital redemptions like three or four years ago.

Mill Creek redemptions were only on their MovieSpree service -- which was terrible. Can't believe they just got around to killing it completely off this year.

Terrible, but adequate. It was like watching on Youtube, but if you wanted to watch on your big screen TV you'd need to cast it. Which if you don't have another computer or device can be a pain in the @ss.

I didn't have much, but a bummer nonetheless to loose.

I did receive a response after emailing Mill Creek / Alliance Home Entertainment:

"Unfortunately, the streaming service that had this title on it was discontinued. In addition, the license to distribute the Benji films via discs and digital media expired several years ago. We no longer have any access to releasing these films."
