Wanted/Digital Copy problem

When trying to redeem my digital copy of Wanted through iTunes, I get the following error message as soon as it appears it's going to complete:

There was a problem downloading "Wanted / Timur Bekmambetov". You do not have enough access privileges for this operation.

Anyone having problems with this one?

Yes, I just bought the movie today, and was actually very happy to see that this bluray had a digital copy. Then mine came up with the exact same error, and after spending about 5 hours trying to fix it I decided to write itunes. I will let you know exactly what they told me as soon as they respond.

Well I got a response from them today, and they pretty much just told me I'm going to have to call iTunes and either receive their complementary based service or I might have to be placed in their fee based service. So I'm going to call them tomorrow when they open.

Well I still don't know what caused it, and Apple really didn't know how to help me either. Anyways, I redeemed the digital copy on my laptop and it worked fine on there.
