Are the specs identical in both countries? Are the US and UK discs region free?

Also some review sites say the pcm tracks on the US discs are 24bit/48khz/6.9Mbps while others say they're 16bit/48khz/4.9Mbps! Which is it?

Are the pcm tracks on the UK discs 16 bit or 24 bit?

WTF!!! Kill Bill Vol.1 is 16bit pcm and Kill Bill Vol.2 is 24 bit pcm? Is that really real?
