8K source, lots of exotic imagery and colors, what's not to love?

This is tough as there are quite a few. Ultimately I decided to leave out any films that were shot digitally. I have to go with Prom Night 1980 though because it has never received a proper home video release and Synapse went all out to give us an outstanding presentation that the film deserves and it is gorgeous.

"Baraka" and "Samsara" are about as good as it gets. "Sweet Smell of Success" looks incredible as far as B&W films.

Love that one. That waxy sheen is incredible. "The Color of Money" is also reference quality.

Niagara looks pretty great. I need to revisit it now that I have a 4K television, just to see how much it blows me away all over again.

Casino Royale (2006), Skyfall, and Spectre are all spot-on amazing as well.

If you want to see a great-looking Blu-ray presentation of a black-and-white film, then watch the Criterion Blu-ray of Sweet Smell of Success.
