I got an email today saying my order has been "slightly delayed"... I wonder if they oversold their stock?

Has anyone gotten the title shipped to them in Canada? They sent me an email saying there was a delay. I am now worried I am not getting it. But if most others haven't gotten it, then it might be ok.

Mine's on the way...I preordered & got the shipping notification last Tuesday. A bit disappointed with the delay though that it's coming all the way from Ontario (I live in Vancouver) and not getting it til next Tuesday. I guess they didn't stock this in their distribution centre in BC.

I received mine on Tuesday. This may be one of the last steelbooks I purchase from Best Buy Canada. I'm not happy about the past few releases being almost non-existent stock (and sometimes only one version of a specific combo-pack) as soon as they're up for pre-order, or the actual street date. Also, the prices. They're getting very expensive here. Wonder Woman is $45 and the top price so far for a steelbook that I can recall.

Being region-free, I have taken advantage of other countries that have steelbooks as well and always tried to keep my purchases here in Canada, but with more choice and cheaper prices (even with the exchange rate) elsewhere, it's pretty easy to get exactly what I want.

Well so far nada for me ... still no shipping notification or nothing, its just sitting there. Wonder if it ran out of stock but they don't want to let me know.

THIS:
In my Canadian city, the section dedicated to movies in the brick & mortar Best Buy has been relegated to basically a hall closet. They get very few copies of titles and the prices are ridiculous. It's as if they do not want to be bothered. Mind, the section dedicated to TVs and Blu-ray players is still formidable. Go figure.
I've been region free since the dvd era so I sit here unaffected but if BB does not want to sell me movies well fine, I'll go elsewhere.

edit- p.s. I did purchase AC steel there, as they had 2 copies left but I think $32 is a bit overpriced IMHO. I also picked up Director's cut of "Heat" for only $14 so that helped swallow the price.
