Digital Copy to DVD - Blu-ray Forum

Hi everyone,

I searched the forums to try to find an answer to this but didn't have much luck.

I'm getting The Dark Knight later today on Blu (of course) and was wondering if it's possible to burn a copy of TDK onto a DVD once the digital copy is installed on my computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Digital Copy is DRM protected. Unless you have DRM removal software, you won't be able to burn to DVD. It is Itunes compatible though so you can put it on your Ipod.

That sucks. Now I'll have to buy the regular DVD so my kids can watch it in the van.....

I have no use for movies on a computer or ipod......can you put this on a PSP?

I think it depends on studios (or individual titles).

Sony's digital copy can be played on PSP. I heard fox's too.

WB and disney's can be played through iTunes and WMV, I bet they can be played on iPhone/iTouch/Zune too.

There are several programs that are fast and easy to learn to be able to do so.. but I believe only a few are able to DIRECTLY transfer to a PSP.. Hancock for sure is one of them.

Not Zune. It uses the playforsure DRM, which is different from Zune. Other Microsoft portable products will be able to play them though.

ok so how would u be able to put them on your psp?

I'm not sure if you're familiar with it or not but the Princess Anne / Holland Road area near the courthouses.

But I'm familiar with 21st Street of course since it's the beach

For those using i-tunes. Download the dc into i-tunes. When it is in there open up your i-tunes and your say music folder. Make a folder for movies. Drag the movie out of i-tunes into your music folder,I have one called movies and videos. It will drag a mp4 into your folder. Sometimes it has a copy protect and it won't let you play it sometimes it does not.
You can burn it to a dvd but why? It is formatted for small screens so it will not look good. The dvd's are cheap you want a dvd go buy one. don't be so cheap.
I am sure all of you have nice home theater set-ups so you have the money.

yeah I know where the court houses are, I only lived there for about a year and it was prob the time I had always something to do and going down to the boardwalk was like stealing candy from a baby for the girls

I just downloaded my digital copy to iTunes and it says I purchased it. Does that mean it charged my credit card as if I purchased music?

Just wondering.

No your all good, it's in your purchased tab because it came from them
