Guys, hoping someone can help me out. I literally just ordered a Region-free player the other day, so I'm jumping in.

I keep hearing Arror has better picture quality, more extras, etc. than releases in the US.

But where can a I find a list of the Arrow Vincent price releases that they've done so far?

Is there a specific thread post/link? How else can I search? Thanks!

Also, for those familiar with Arrow, have they released The Last Man on Earth yet? Or is it still only region-one in the Vincent Price Collection Vol. 2 ?

Above the search bar, you can click on people. Then search for Vincent Price and click on releases, display U.K. Only and sort by studio. Should show you all the Arrows.

I imported the Australian collection. You get everything from the US Vol 1 but The Pit and the Pendulum and the neat pbs movie intros. The collection is region free. I got it for $60 shipped

No. There's an Australian release that uses the Shout remaster, sans extras. Avoid the German release, it's an upscale.

That's good to hear! I'm probably getting mine delivered on Friday. I might pick up The Abominable Dr. Phibes from Arrow as my first non-region one disc.

Just go to Arrow's UK site or the Amazon UK site, and you'll find what you need.

right now Kino has an awesome deal on many of their movies, most half off or more.

They have 3 Price films that I don't: The Dr Gold Foot 2 movies and also House of 1000 Dolls.

Most of these are on sale For $9-$10

I know they tend to be regarded as extremely bottom of the barrel Price.

So, although the prices are incredible... should I still pull the trigger on these?

Also, do any of the 3 movies have any re-watchability ?

Thanks !

FYI: the sale only goes until Aug 6

House of 1000 Dolls was his least favourite in one interview but it's OK. I haven't watched the Goldfoot ones yet but hear one of those is in the running for worst Price movie ever.

Thanks for your thoughts. Sounds like the Goldfoot movies really aren't worth it. I love Vincent Price... but these 3 ( two Goldfoot and the 1000 Dolls) I never hear anything good about. At least compared to his classic movies.

I wonder who owns the rights to Bloodbath at the House of Death...? I don't expect to own a copy of every Price flick, but all of the modern ones is a possibility...

I think Bikini Machine is fun. 1000 Dolls and Girl Bombs aren't very good.

My Wife and I love BIKINI MACHINE, but hate the second one. Too much Franco and Ciccio for us - ugh.

Kino also has "More Dead Than Alive" (a Western) with Clint Walker, Vincent Price, Anne Francis

I purchased it during their big sale and I liked it.

Wow! Just checked eBay because I was curious on the current price ( no pun intended) of the VP Collection I ( which is OOP).

Looks like it averaging about $300-$350.

Wish it would come back in print for those fans who missed out.

Just glad as have my copy. So many great movies on that collection.
