For $.99 I have a ton of favorites...but the SWISS ARMY KNIFE is Sweeeet...

Not for the touch but Netshare is my favorite. Allows me to tether my laptop to my phone without incurring AT&T fees.

Pandora is another favorite of mine.
Simplify is nice
I enjoy Earthscape
Trace is fun

I've provided a link for the iPhone and iPod Touch, most apps work interchageably. But seriously check it out yourself, too hard to explain in a few sentences.

Thanks for the link, some of those apps are really...really cool! Others are as useless as they are cool, like the Star Wars soundboard. Come on, UPS, COME ON!!!

Right now, I love the Monopoly game, Here and Now edition. then my other fav is TouchGrind (skateboarding)

I just downloaded the Price Is Right, and it has already exceeded my expectations.

TapDefense is pretty good as well, and free is a great price.

Does anyone now the application that is featured in the commercials where you put the iPod Touch next to a sound clip of music and it tells you the song??? For the life of me, I cannot remember, thanks. P.S. I like Labyrinth

My personal favorite game for iPhone is Platinum Solitaire, by Gameloft. I can get lost in chain spider solitaire games for hours. (Just broke $10mill :P)

The only issue with it is that there is almost nothing to do with you're money that you win. =\
