How to Print a Blu-ray Slipcover (HELP!)

Unfortunately, my country's Blu-ray sets NEVER come with a slipcover, which is really frustrating because I love them. I've imported some blu-ray sets of my favourite films from US for the slipcovers, but my Titanic blu-ray didn't come with a slipcover I can't find any website that sells slipcovers and I can't find it on ebay (without the discs), so I decided to print it myself! After hours of research on Youtube and threads on this site, I still have no idea how to do it. Therefore, could someone please provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to print a blu-ray slipcover? [NOTE: I don't want to make a custom blu-ray slipcover!] Furthermore, would anyone who has the slipcover (US edition) be interested in scanning it, so that I can print it?

Blu-rays For Everyone appears to have it, 4 in stock for $5 each (or $7 if you want Very Good quality) (probably + S&H)

I have bought a SteelBook from them once and was very satisfied with packaging, communication and shipping. However, some seem to have had so-so experiences with them so a personal check/search for info and then determine how you feel about it might be a good idea!

I heard about the site on the forums here at one point. When I looked further into it I found out that it is managed by someone that held Group Buys on this site (that I had bought from), so it wasn't a big leap for me

Some of their prices are absolutely crazy though. I have some in mint condition for sale and I know people wouldn't even pay half for it. And that was in a slipcover facebook community with people aware of the common prices and how rare (or not) some are.
