Default Neon Genesis Evangelion (1996)

Since the Neon Genesis Evangelion boxset is $250 and rare, I like to see it on Bluray. The IMDB score is 8.6 out of 10.

I have the DVD boxset, it is quite awesome. Robin Williams liked this series a lot!

No chance before 3.0 + 1.0.

After that, fingers crossed.

I've got the JP release, it looks stunning. Sadly, no English audio or subs though.

Funamation still haven't released this on bluray with English dub. This once aired on Cartoon Network, and the Encore Action Channel. ADV films is dead, but their dub is so good! I suggest on keeping it. This series was usually owned by the Mobile Suit Gundam fans from the 1990s/2000s. Ialso need End of Evangelion. I'm not in a hurry to buy, because I own the DVD of both since 2006.

Coming out in HD on Netflix soon, so a USA Blu-Ray will probably be even less likely now.

I would suggest importing it from anywhere even Japan it might be cheaper but I don't know. Also the Japanese editions aren't english friendly so one would have to sync some subtitles to it but even so I thinks it worthing owning the Japanese sets as I have done so with several editions

The Platinum Edition goes for insane eBay money.

So what. It's in Japanese, and I don't understand their language. I need something in English please!

It's not in English. I don't know Japanese. That's why owning the ADV Films DVD version still chill!

You can get subs on the net and synch them up to the disc but I'm not really sure how to do that.
