Default Issue with Get Out code?

So I bought Get Out yesterday and when I entered the code on Vudu a message would appear "Something's wrong. Re-enter your code" I also tried on the universal webside/ UV and it would just say Invalid or Error. Has it happened to anyone else? I redeemed Split and Lego Batman before I tried Get Out and they redeemed no problem.

Is the code from a seller or from a Disc you bought?

Did you redeem the itunes portion?

Did you test the code at myuv.com?

Are you sure you are typing it correctly?

Came from the disc I bought at best buy, not itunes, did on uv and not read, and tried it multiple times even trying to see if maybe the U was an O or 0 and nada, I opened a ticket with UV but idk how that will go or how long it would take.

You may need to have Universal issue you a new code.

You should always follow the instructions on the Redemption Code, since this is Universal it probably said to go to their Web Site. Once accepted then you can pick your Streaming Provider. I know Vudu accepts a lot of UV Codes, but it's always better to follow the instructions.

he did!! this is a known issue with the code - some copies didn't even get codes..

contact universal and they will reissue another code - i would just give them the insert from your blu ray.

So I contacted Universal and apparently I could use the code for the free movie offer because they're interchangeable. Used it and worked!

I just read the post by Kevinjlopez. After my code wasn't working at iTunes. So I turned the code sheet over and entered the free movie code. It redeemed Get Out. They must have printed the codes on the wrong sides. So if you have the code sheet give that try if you haven't yet.
