So far Daredevil has been the best, hopefully The Punisher will match it. |

Well, DD Season 2 is generally considered vastly inferior to the first so if you like that more than the first, you may not be in alignment with the popular concencus anyway, so recommending it may be a bit futile. On a personal level, I thought Luke Cage was terrific but it's certainly not as popular as DD Season 1 or JJ but does seem more popular than Iron Fist and DD S2.

Well it certainly lost my interest. It just became boring for me with characters doing nonsensical things. At one point Diamondbacks whole "plan" was to punch cops then run away shouting "I'M LUKE CAGE". And they all believe it!

I will admit that the second season made me interested less in Daredevil, and more in The Punisher, but then, I've always enjoyed the Punisher character in the various films. I wish Netflix would release it, so I could anticipate the Blu-ray. I forgot about the other show, Iron Fist. These Marvel shows are coming thick and fast now that there's two on ABC and one on FOX as well as one on FX. I wonder how quickly one or several will be on the chopping block, as audiences must start to fatigue of them soon. I mean, we're not even counting the competing DC/WB TV series, which are just as numerous. |

I’ve done that before and the replacement arrive without a slip. Amazon don’t care for slip covers. Even when they slash them. All they will do is send a request for a replacement to be sent. Whether it arrives with one or not depends on who packs it.

I received my pre-order last Saturday and it came without a slipcover, so I contacted amazon, they shipped another copy out which arrived today... alas, no slipcover. I contacted them again and they've assured me that one exists and that my next copy will arrive first thing tomorrow and with a slip. I personally think Disney have dropped the ball with the release and it just doesn't come with one as I've seen no evidence of one existing other than Bluray.com's listing. We'll see tomorrow.

I would never trust Amazon with slips though, they are notoriously uncooperative about them. However, bear in mind at the end of the day it's just a bit of packaging, so specifically asking for one is a bit of a stretch and beyond the means of what they're advertising, which in this case doesn't even show it has a slipcover in the product listing. The only way to ever be sure you'll get one is to buy it in a brick and mortar store. |

I personally like the actual show-related artwork of the UK more than the comic style artwork that the US gets... I don't think Jessica Jones cover fits her show at all, and Luke Cage and Daredevil only fit because how obscure the faces are to begin with.
I finished up the US set tonight, but episode 12 has forced subs when Method Man raps on Sway's radio show. I was under the impression that the discs are basically the same, just maybe with different logos and such. Does the UK release have this same glitch? The same thing happened with the most recent season of Once Upon A Time, when the Black Fairy sings her lullaby, the subs pop up every single time even though subtitles are turned completely off. |
