This is way too depressing *sniffle* ... according to Orion Blue Book, my entire system that I payed $2000 for 20 years ago is worth a grand total of $25 now. My beautiful oak ADS L570s are worthless ($3.99 lol) even though they still sound and look incredible. I guess we shouldn't use the term "investment" when describing our HT systems

Wait...my bad...you have to pay $3.99 to get the Blue Book value. Screw that!

It would have been surprising for speakers and amplification... The value for good gear doesn't drop down that much...

But for receivers, media players, tv, etc... This stuff comes down in value pretty quick unless it's really high end gear...

This website is trash. They priced a Super Nintendo at $3.99.

Have you seen eBay? They sell at over 10x that price.

Nah, I made the same mistake. $3.99 is the price it will cost you to get the Blue Book value of the item. Still trash though lol.

Those cites are a waste of time. If you really want a somewhat accurate value, research your gear on Audiogon, other online resellers, or Ebay.
