Anyone know if this one has aspect ratio changes?
I'm not going to get a chance to see it in IMAX so just want to know if I need to look for the best 3D price or not.

I saw it on IMAX and the aspect ratio alternated between 2.39:1 and 1.90:1! Will almost certainly be that way on the Blu-Ray 3D since Marvel's Blu-Ray 3D releases have always done so so far.

That's odd, they said it was a locked ratio...

Nice to see the OP has been updated.

Marvel couldn't go wrong with the artwork with this release whatever version you wanted.

Does Dr Strange make an appearance in this? Am thinking of the Doctor Strange film's end credit scene where he talked to Thor.

Cool, I thought Benedict Cumberbatch was great as Strange.

I'm looking to buy the 4K edition from the UK but definitely want to get a slip, can anyone tell me the best retailer to go with who ships overseas? Last year I bought Moana 3D from Amazon and didn't get one, so are they better with 4K releases or should I go with someone else?

The Doctor Strange post credit scene is actually an excerpt from Thor: Ragnarok.

Afraid there is no guaranteed way short of getting someone on here to buy a copy from the high street and post to you or an eBay seller.

Well that's unfortunate. Is there any retailer who's at least more likely to have the slip? Like Amazon or Zavvi? I could risk it and maybe try to pick one up later if I didn't get it I guess, but shipping from third party sellers is always the killer when it comes to ebay. Althoug I might look around closer to the release date to see if there is anything close to reasonable prices.

It’s all quite random, plenty of instances on here of Amazon pre-orders arriving without a slip but also plenty of times they have arrived with slips, same goes for Zoom, HMV and Zavvi but my pre-orders with Tesco for MCU films have always arrived with a slip and a few days early so will be using them again.

That is frustrating. I guess my best bet would be to go by precedent (which there isn't much of with the MCU as there's only one release for 4K so far) and I've been looking in other threads to see who got slips and who didn't. Regarding Moana 3D, someone said that Amazon don't have them for Disney animation but they usually get the slips for live-action stuff, which seems promising. I also tried looking in the GotG Vol 2 thread to see if anyone mentioned getting the slip from either Zavvi or Amazon but no one mentioned it.

So if someone could confirm about either of those retailers then I'd at least have a hint as to whether they might come with either of them. Amazon would be good since I have some credit with them, but I don't mind Zavvi either since I've never had an issue with their site either (knock on wood). Anyone?
