I have to say that it's not that bad when you see the steel "live": looking at the picture feels like it's moving, it has a sort of "dirty" look that improves it, and describe the movie itself pretty well. And the expression on the guy's face is heartbreaking

Another good news is that the blu-card is amovible, but the bad news is that the writings (titles and all) are in french, and printed on the steel. While I like to have my steelbook movie collection with the original title on it, for once I'm not going to complain, for the dumb reason "Dunkirk" is a french town, so the french title is "appropriate"

but for those who can't stand any writings other than in english on their english-language movies, this steel is not for them

As I said in another thread, I prefer the French spelling of Dunkirk over how its spelt in the States, so this French steelbook is really cool in that regard.

I like the proper spelling of it as well but the picture is lame imo and after looking at it instore the other day,I’m happy enough to have stuck with my UK digi.....although that pic ain’t great either.

I'll be interested to see what the premium labels have in store (Manta, FAC, FNAC, BluFans, Nova, etc...

As I've said in previous posts, I'm actually burnt out buying multiple copies of films, so will try my best to gauge what appeals best personally and purchase the one I'm fortunate enough to get before they sell out....

That actually looks pretty dope compared to the digital mock-ups.

I like the spelling as well, but the French tagline and credits I will do without.

No, it's actually a British and American film. It just takes place in France.

Quite a few of the scenes where filmed behind my house in Weymouth, UK, I took pics from our bedroom windows.

Just got mine in the mail today.

Looks really good in person. No dents or scratches to speak of.
