What is the difference between the TCL 55 inch 55S401 model and the 55405 model? - Blu-ray Forum

I've noticed that Wal-mart is selling the 401 model for 400 bucks and best buy is selling the 405 model at the same price? What is the difference between these two models?

speculating but is it one of those costco situations like their version of the ks8000 is ks800D etc?
