Those covers are ugly as sin. They've look like 'my first photoshop' projects. Can't understand why the Americans are going gaga over them, slipcovers or no...

No 3D = Won't bother. Would take up more room than the individual releases anyway.

WOW. These are rubbish in comparison to the Phase 1 & 2 releases I got from the states. Australia is short changed again for people who don't have this.

I guess I'm the only one who likes the look of these? I already own all the films, and the UK phase sets are cheaper (but don't have the extra bits and bobs outside of the bonus disc), but I won't say this isn't tempting. I'll probably end up going with the UK set because they're much cheaper and still have the bonus disc, but I'll definitely have a look at these when they get into shops, provided we get them in NZ.

I'd assume they'll be the exact same discs as the regular Australian releases, all of which are region-free.

Apologies for bumping this, but does anyone own this set? Both of these were released here in Mexico, but it seems it's just the six movies on Bluray, with no bonus discs, DVDs, or any of the other goodies. The boxes feel VERY light, so I'm looking for confirmation on their weight and such.

They're also priced at around 800-1000 pesos (40-50 USD), which is cheap for Marvel movies, but if they're not going to include any DVDs I might as well not get them.

You can see in the first post the Australian release has multiple discs.

Phase 1:
Iron Man (3 Disc)
The Incredible Hulk (2 Disc)
Iron Man 2 (3 Disc)
Thor (2 Disc)
Captain America (2 Disc)
The Avengers (4 Disc)

Total = 16 Discs.

Phase 2:
Iron Man 2 (2 Disc)
Thor Dark World (2 Disc)
Captain America Winter Soldier (2 Disc)
Guardians of the Galaxy (2 Disc)
The Avengers Age of Ultron (2 Disc)
Ant Man (3 Disc)

Total = 13 Discs.

The ''Special Extra Disc" is in Ant-Man (3rd Disc) and The Avengers (4th Disc).

These 'Phase' sets have also been made available in 7-Disc versions, which sounds like what you have in Mexico.

Ha, nope. We didn't even get the bloody bonus disc.

It's just the barebones, single disc reprint editions of the movie. They filled out the extra space with a cardboard spacer!

Ah well, I should've just checked Youtube. Maybe I should add listings to the site so no one makes the same mistake I almost made. Thanks a lot.

They seem like the common US cases instead of the fatter cases they have in Australia but that's still such a waste of space.

That would help those in Mexico, as that set isn't listed at all.

I'm a noob and don't know how to add a boxset, especially one that's a crappier version of an existing one.
