I'll certainly be picking this up but am strangely quite unexcited about it. After six films in 15 years (including Civil War) and two reboots, am feeling quite burnt out on this one particular superhero. Didn't like the Amazing films very much at all so am hoping that I will have better luck with this latest solo entry. Given that it's another recent Marvel Studios project, I am expecting fairly solid entertainment but probably nothing too extraordinary.

btw The Homecoming presence of Tony Stark isn't a huge plus for me, as I also feel that character has been overused too.

Is the HMV Steelbook™ the only option in the UK if you want the bonus BD?

And let's not forget to give Sky a big round of applause for bagging the rights to "See It First" through them by pushing back the UK release date and making the rest of us wait another month.

If it's the same as the Target exclusive it's a 20 minute featurette 'Rogue's Gallery'.

Not sure how people can say Tony Stark has been overused when he’s been in the same number of films as Cap...

You sure? Cause hasn't he popped up at the end of most including CA? Or have I got that wrong?

Stark appearances —
Iron Man
Incredible Hulk (post credits cameo)
Iron Man 2
Avengers
Iron Man 3
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Captain America: Civil War
Spider-Man: Homecoming

Cap appearances —
Captain America: The First Avenger
The Avengers
Thor: The Dark World (brief cameo)
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ant-Man (post credits cameo)
Captain America: Civil War
Spider-Man: Homecoming

So, same amount of films. And really, outside of the Iron Man trilogy, Avengers films and Civil War (a defacto Avengers film), Stark has only appeared in two other films, only one of which he was a main character (Spidey), though with minimal screen time that served the story. I hardly see that as being overused.

My local tesco had a version of Spider-Man out already which was the big sleeve packaging and it was 3 disc and stated exclusive bonus disc so maybe hmv expected to get bonus disc but tesco did in the end?

The big sleeve edition in Tesco is £25 and it contains the movie on Blu-ray, DVD and a bonus disc which is a DVD so that is a shame

Is 25 quid the cheapest price for the big sleeve edition?
