Is last year PS3 upc barcode the same as this year barcode? Does anybody know if it's the same or not?

I think that this thread should be deleted. Proposals for corrupt, dishonest and/or illegal practices do not belong on the Blu-ray forum. IMO

But scamming with Google check out is perfectly OK?

No where in the terms and conditions does it exclude, prior purchases nor exclude this. But yet in the Google check out it specifically states new users only and no more than one rebate per store per household. So which is worse?
