Default Test Blu Ray video

Is there a test Blu Ray video? I am testing out 50' HDMI cables and wish to run a test Blu Ray to make sure I have thru-put all the way to my TV thru AV receiver from Sony player.

I imagine any disc would work if you are just trying to verify picture/sound?!?!

Just last night i used the Digital Video Essentials calibration disc. It has all of the audio and video setups if you want to calibrate the picture and sound. It does a pretty thorough job. You could get it on ebay for 15-30 bucks probably.
