PPCalc and Paypal question - Blu-ray Forum

So I owed my friend $100 bucks and he said just send it via Payal since he has his bank account linked. So I used PPCalc and it said I should send him $103.30 which I did.

He told me he only rec'd 96 something because of fees. What was done wrong?

did u use a credit card? if so and your friends paypal isnt premier its .30+4.9% to accept credit cards, thats why I pass
