That would be freeking awesome to La Bamba on bluray. Definately a double dip for me, I have the dvd version.

Just got done watching it on Encore HD and the movie was in HD which makes me think if they wanted to they could do a blu ray

I would love to have this on Blu-ray.

This is a Sony title, so if this ever gets a Blu-ray release, hopefully Sony releases it themselves and doesn't let Twilight Time release it. I really don't want to spend $30 on it.
