I heard it’s going to be around $40. Same price as Ultra, but this time you get 12 games instead of just one for that price.

Does (any of) these have HD Graphics as the Ultra Street Fighter II? Trying to figure out if I should buy the Ultra or not as now it can be bought for a sale price of 27 euros here in Finland..

No. These are the arcade versions of the original games. They will be better looking than the Super NES versions but won't have the Udon artwork from Ultra Street Fighter II.
