'Superbad' - A Great Future Exclusive! - Blu-ray Forum

I was lucky enough to see a sneak preview of this movie tonight. I can honestly say it is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. I can't wait to get my hands on the unrated blu-ray.

It seems to me that some good news for Universal this summer was that Knocked Up did so well. The semi bad news is that Sony (Columbia) already seems to have had Judd Apatow and Seth Rogen locked up for some future projects (this one and The Pineapple Express next summer at least) and out of I think 5 future projects I saw for Judd Apatow, only one of them involved Universal. The Fourty-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up have really seemed to have made a name for Judd Apatow especially (and some for Seth Rogen too) and now it will be interesting to see how the next projects go. I bet at this point Universal wishes they had locked both of those guys in with them.

I bet at this point Universal are beginning to re-consider going HD-DVD only
