Over Alaska on Sony BDP-S350 not working?

I got a Sony BDP-S350 just before Thanksgiving, I've updated it to version 010 of the firmware.

The 8 blu-rays & various DVDs I've watched on it so far have been excellent! They've all worked without a problem.

I picked up Over Alaska (blu-ray) Christmas eve to watch with the in-laws when they came over for dinner.

Unfortunately when I insert the disk I get "Cannot operate this disk" on the TV and "UNKNOWN" on the player's display. If I press play I get "Cannot playback this disk" on the TV and "CANNOT" on the player's display. The odd thing is that when I first put the disk in I remember seeing the copyright notice on the disk, now nothing... I've since watched other blu-rays and they play as expected...

Is this a problem with the disk or with the player? As I remember seeing something about some disks don't work with some players...

I replaced the Blu-Ray today at Target, new one works perfectly...

The cashier commented that they had a number of returns for not working on Over Alaska...
