Default Help setting up my 606

I finally got yesterday my onkyo 606 with some polk rm-705 model. Now i setup everything today but for some reason i have to crank up my receiver to about 50 to hear my volume on all the speakers i did the audyssey test and this is what i got.
Front 150mhz
center 150mhz
Surround 80mhz
LPF of LFE 100mhz

can someone help me!! i am new to this thank you

Wait, 150 hz for your speakers and 100hz for your sub? That leaves a 50hz sound gap. You should put all your speakers on 80hz and see if you like that better (you should).

ok and what about the LPF of LFE do i also put it on 80??

The crossover you mean? If so, then yes. The sub should also be set at 80. That gives you the cleanest transition crossover wise and is also the THX standard.

I thought the LPF of LFE on the sub should be set at 120Hz? Otherwise you are throwing away that information, correct? This is a feature exclusive to Onkyo, so I am not sure. I referred to this thread a couple of weeks ago. I would set all your speakers at 80Hz, the LPF of LFE at 120Hz, and crank the sub crossover all of the way up....

I would set the xover on the physical sub itself at max and set the LPF at the max available as well.

when i went to speaker calibration the audyssey thing put my sub at -15db and my center at -3db. what do you guys recommend for the sub ???? 3db?

I would level it at zero on your receiver and adjust at sub level.

Leave it at -3 and if you feel it lacking, adjust it manually.
