Does anyone who owns a North American Blu-ray player own this Italian Under The Shadow Blu-ray? Will it play on a North American Blu-ray Player? It has not been tested.

Nope, but it says Region B on the back, and the studio/label has historically released locked titles for the most part. You'd have to be a guinea pig if you want to know for sure.

Only 3 people on here own it, so you could ask them to test it if one of them also happens to have a region free player:

A really surprising find, with some incredibly creepy, disquieting moments and an easy shoe-in for Top Five Jump Scare Moments of All-Time. Surprised this isn’t more “known”. If you’re a fan of THE BABADOOK, I can’t fathom how you wouldn’t love UNDER THE SHADOW, too.
