Any risks with linking accounts? - Blu-ray Forum

I was doing some research on Movies Anywhere and saw that a couple people mentioned that when you link accounts, it does something with payment methods being linked for different services. Is this a thing?

I haven't had any problems so far and I have all mine link together.
