I don't know why, but I love this movie (I think I am alone here)

Anyway, the review on this site gave it decent sound and picture quality....I've looked elsewhere and the sound and picture qualities have gotten excellent reviews. Some say it's close to reference quality. So what's the deal? Does it look good or not? Does anyone have it?

It's alright. Worth the upgrade for a fan! around 4/5 for both PQ/AQ!

Go ahead and buy it since you like it.

I thought this was a great move! Own the SD DVD. Have been on the fence whether to double dip for this one.

me too! I think I am going to go for it. Ive heard that it looks good enough and that the blu-ray version is presented in the films original aspect ratio(the dvd is not). Ive been juggling around the thought for awhile, but I think I may have to get it. I would love to hear more opinions though before I do

I just picked it up and it exceeded my expectations! It looks great although its not a five star. Highly recommend if you like the movie!

I enjoyed the movie but I think I will stick with the DVD. No double dipping here.

its definitely better than a 3/5 video rating...This site gave it a 3.5, but I think its a solid 4 all the way. It's a little inconsistent, but some shots are a 5! Not sure what the deal is with picture rating on this site...

I own first blood and this site gave it a 4 (the picture is very good, but it's not as high quality as the recruit)...so I don't understand.
