Anyone Having Problems With Mussorgsky BD?

I have already read a few disappointed reviews after the fact (my bad) about this BD:Mussorgsky: Pictures at an Exhibition / Boris Godunov / Night on Bare Mountain (Blu-ray)

I have a Panasonic BD-10AK and keep getting an "unsupported" message when trying to play it. PS3 feedback seems to be mixed as far as success or failure with playing it.

Anyone here have any feedback either positive or negative and what BD player they are using?

I wouldn't think that my problem is related to my BD not supporting DTS-MA, as I have played many other discs using this audio format. In fact, this is the very first BD I have been UNABLE to play.

As you understand this is new Audio only solution and we had some compatibility issues with Mussorgsky and Tchaikovsky titles in terms of the new firmware upgrades and compatibility with couple of players currently on the market.

We developed new versions for these releases and already replaced all stock with all our retailers and also currently exchanging this titles for everybody who have come across this issue.

I got mine (mussorgsky)as an xmas present not sure when it was bought but it will not play in either my ps3 or my samsung bdp1500.
