Ps3 Psn Id Help - Blu-ray Forum

I've added a few people as friends on the PSN. When i try to add some of my other friends it says that the ID is not registered, and when they try to add me it says the same thing

. I've been able to add people before and i've never seen this error message before. Any suggestions or ideas? I searched and did not find an answer. If there is a link to an existing post, that would be great, if not, i'd to hear some ideas.

Hmm, that's odd. I doubt they're simply spelling your name wrong, 3 letters isn't very hard.

I think I added someone yesterday so it doesn't seem to be a global problem. Maybe one of your lists is full (I think you can have up to 100 friends).

Ya, I was gonna suggest me trying to add you since I know mine works, but we're already friends...

Your buddy's friends list isn't full right? Maybe you can try posting on the playstation.com forum and asking there. If it's a known error, they'll know about it and what to do.

I'll have to try that. BOth of my friends just got PS3's so i know they have a small list of friends

Just got them? Maybe their PSN Id's take a while to register properly in the system.
I know when I tried to add my buddy when he first got his system, it didn't work the first time. But it did work a couple of hours later.
