Will the 1980's cloak and dagger ever get released on blu-Ray? This was a great film.

Why Disney? Do Universal Pictures no longer own the rights?

If anybody releases this it will be Shout. Hopefully. Universal themselves would provide a below average Blu-Ray.

I'd place my bets on Shout Factory releasing it at some point. They license a lot of titles from Universal, and this seems right up their alley.

Disney? Universal owns the right. I'm watching this movie last week and it my favorite movie and want this Blu-ray in the future. Hopefully neither Universal or Shout Factory will release it.
