Default Blu-Ray.com Community's Top 20 HITCHCOCK Films

Welcome to the Blu-Ray.com Community's Top 20 Hitchcock Film Thread!

In honor of the master and the winner of the best director's poll, let's list our top Hitchcock films! There have been a few threads in the past, such as "What's your favorite Hitchcock film?", but none have been to rank your favorite Hitchcock films in order with posted results. We all know that there will be the primary three or four, but let's not forget the rest!

The films that will qualify are depicted nicely in chronological order HERE.

Most film fanatics have seen the most popular four plus a few more, so please list at least 8 films for your list to count or it will not make the final cut!

Point System:
#1 50 points
#2 45 points
#3 40 points
#4 35 points
#5 30 points
#6 25 points
#7 20 points
#8 15 points
#9 10 points
#10 5 points
#11 4 points
#12 3 points
#13 2 points
#14 and below 1 point

For funsies, you can rank your top Hitchcock ladies by roles (which means actresses may have multiple listings), and I'll list the top ten along with the films if there is enough participation.

The deadline will be end of day April 10, 2018! Get your votes in while you can!

Good to see The Wrong Man so high on a list. It is one of those that I forget he directed, even though he was talking at the beginning of the film. It fits in well with the noirs of the 1950s.

Nice idea!
Especially the ladies has been very difficult. Probably he's -with Woody Allen- the director that made the most of an actress' potential. Always fascinating roles, the fact that I had to put my very favorite actress just at #9 says it all.
