Looking for Band of Brothers on Blu... for a good price - Blu-ray Forum

Couple weeks ago Best Buy was selling it at 37.00 and I missed that deal, so if anybody know of a site close to that price or is selling it on Blu then PM me please

All I'm seeing now is the $57.xx deals, but BoB is worth it even at that price.

If you want to wait around the price MAY go back down, or you can just get it now and have one of the very best Blus in your collection (IMO).

I don't see the price getting below $50.00 again anytime soon so, you might want to wait or you can go a head and get it at that price point. It is well worth it and you won't regret spending a little extra to have it now. Just be glad that most places aren't asking the 99.99 MSRP and Best Buys reg price is around 74.99.

Man, I just got Band of Brothers Blu for $37.00 on Amazon a few days ago.

It's $50 today. What is up with that? I see what's going on...they see the popularity of HT now so they're price-gouging. The price of my Onkyo also went UP not down...scary

yeah, i've heard is bar none the best blu-ray colection around, i should have got it from my friend when he got two copies of it for Christmas but he didn't tell me in time. errrr

Man, I feel lucky, I just ordered it on Amazon as well. I didn't think the price would go back up, but I was hoping to get it for Christmas and once I had it in mind I just had to buy it.
Call up amazon though, if you rant & rave enough they might honor the earlier price.

I bought mine at Target for $37, but that was on Sunday. I don't know if the price is the same anymore, but you can check.

Well, it is the Blu I value over any other in my collection by a long way...but that is just my opinion.

Looks like he can take that other poster up on his offer and score a good deal.

Hint: If it is your first time through the series, watch it WITHOUT the special features the first time. Seeing the aged soldier's names for the first time in Episode 10 after you've gotten to know the characters is a great payoff.

I was about to order it and the day after it went up again.

For any Europeans seeking a good deal, you should go for Amazon.co.uk as it has the best price in comparison to Euro.
