Ghostbusters (84) on Vudu - Blu-ray Forum

Okay, what's going on with this movie? I remember reading in one of the threads that someone redeemed GB on vudu, and it redeemed for GB2. Well that just happened to me. I should have followed the code sheet's instructions, but I don't have a Sony account...

Who do I contact for this? I have a separate code to redeem for GB2, but I don't want to try and redeem that yet in case it gets messed up or it puts two GB2s in my account.

24hrs and no response from vudu... I might have to just D2D it, unless by some odd coincidence the GB2 code gives me the first movie.

Never heard of that one. You should contact Sony, despite not having an account with them. The studio itself might issue you a new code for GB 1

Vudu has completely ignored me, so I sent an email to Sony. (Can't call, they're closed weekends.) We'll see what happens.

Honestly, I would skip all the run around and sell the code you have and then use the proceeds to D2D it!

That's the next step if Sony doesn't do something to what I've got. I sent both codes in the email since I tried the II code on the off chance it redeemed for the first movie (it just said "you already have this movie"). I'm honestly not that broken up about it because I've sat on these two codes for like a year.

After contacting Sony and submitting proofs of purchase and whatnot, I was issued a new code for Ghostbusters. They confirmed that the code I had was actually associated with GB2 instead. So somewhere along the line there was a mistake in the sheets. I'm not sure if this was limited to the BBY pop steelbooks or not.
