Default when are we gonna get a beyond decent release of the terminator trilogy

ok so i have all 3 films on dvd including both the T2 ultimate and extreme edition now it looks amazing upscaled on my ps3 but i still think these movies need a waaayyyyy better transfer than whats out now anyone have any idea if a new release is going to be anounced this year? maybe in time for the new terminator with christian bale

If you're desperate to get T2, just buy the French copy. I got it yesterday and watched it today and it looks top notch.

It uses StudioCanal's master which is the best one there is.

Regarding the other two movies, like you said, they'll probably hype a re-release around the summer for the release of Terminator: Salvation.

Once the series comes to an end, I am positive that they will release a big boxed Terminator set. Not anytime soon though.

There won't be a boxset of all movies because of the different studios.

The original is MGM, T2 is Lionsgate, and T3 and later is Warner.

Terminator: Salvation was shot near my house in May-July 2008. I was very glad when they finished. Too many sirens and gun shots at all hours of the night.

I have the US T1 and T3 along with the UK T2. No problems here - great PQ and sound. I had the US T2 but replaced it with the UK edition for the better codec/picture. It's the only Blu-ray I've ever double dipped on.
