I agree. I didn’t care that much for the sequels, and am happy for the SF CE of the first film, but might consider this.

Just bought the sequels so this doesn't surprise me. The second and third movies should have been a double feature from the very beginning.

I've been waiting for the price on the Shout sequels to drop before I bought all three. Glad I did. I'll grab this instead.

I just picked up the Scream Factory release of the 1st one last week... Are the sequels any good?

I like the sequels but they are campy schlock that's only going to be liked by a small audience (of which I am one). I went ahead and bought the Scream factory sequels when they were released and have the Universal disc for the first one. I don't really see a reason to mess with the set. By the way, the two Shout discs for the sequels do have subtitles despite what the listing says here. I guess I could update it

I like part II a lot, and somewhat like part III. I was considering buying the sf editions of these, but considering that sf didn't include any documentaries or at least a featurette, I may just wait for the cheaper universal trilogy. I know that there's a broadcast version for part II and commentaries that I may never listen to, but if there are no documentaries, I prefer the barebones disk.

Never seen any of these and didn't feel like dropping the cash for a blindbuy on the Shout copy. This is a great release for me!
