I think the most I paid for one was probably £80 for the old Arrow Limited Edition of Withnail & I that came with a massive book.

As far as single movies go I THINK the one that cost me the most was the Japanese steelbook release of Edge of Tomorrow.

Just thought it was cool that it had the "All You Need is Kill" title on it instead of the English release title.

It was 6790 yen and just under 3000 more for delivery, so 9708 in total.

Which equates to about £64 today, though I bought it just over 3 years ago so the exchange rate could have been different at the time.

135 for the Doctor Who Series 1-7 boxset from the sadly departed BBC Shop. Always cheaper than Amazon, HMV or Zavvi for Who releases and never once failed to deliver days before the official release date.

Most expensive is easy:

The Friday the 13th tin I paid £350 for last year.
The Japanese Columbo set was a tad under £300.
And 6 seasons of 24 from Japan was around £250
Most expensive single disc Blu - around £70 for Code Red Nightmare some years ago

Most expensive dvd is Chronological Donald 4 at £180 earlier this year- much cheaper than you'll find it listed for usually

Most interesting...

On an unconnected matter, I am, of course, available for sponsorship and/or adoption...
