Is Big Meets Bigger part of the title in Germany? It's so prominent and on the spine.

Yeah, to differentiate it from the other Rampage movie about a giant gorilla fighting a giant lizard and giant wolf.

I wondered that too. Could be a retcon thing Warner is doing, like how they essentially marketed Edge of Tomorrow by its tagline Live, Die,
